Glow Recipe just expanded into their first color products with the Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dewy Flush Tinted Serum Blush. The new launch is actually one of the brand’s most popular products, just with color now.
“We have been seeing our community use Dew Drops in innovative ways, primarily with creating their own hybrid products by mixing Dew Drops with makeup products like foundation, bronzers and blushes to create a more sheer, skin-like formulas and finishes. Last year in 2024, we introduced Hue Drops Sun Glow — a true skincare-first, multi-use sheer tinted serum that adds just the right amount of warmth to the skin. In November 2024, we released the second shade extension of Hue Drops with Rosy Glow, which provides skin an illuminating pink glow,” Sarah Lee, co-founder and co-CEO of Glow Recipe, told Teen Vogue.
“Now, in 2025, we’re so excited to introduce our latest skin-first innovation with the launch of Dewy Flush, which rounds out our new category we’re calling Glow Hues. We’re introducing two hues with the launch of Dewy Flush, Watermelon Flush and Berry Flush. These brightening cheek serums add a sheer, dewy flush of tint — but are also infused with ingredients such as 3% niacinamide and jojoba oil coated-pigments and are clinically tested to plump, brighten and even tone over time,” Christine Chang, fellow co-founder and co-CEO of Glow Recipe, added.
Expanding into color products seems to be a trend for fan-favorite skin care brands recently, creating a lot of buzz about the new products. Understandably, a lot of questions enter shoppers’ minds. Will the new line hold up to the brand’s and consumers’ standards? Will they actually be pigmented, or will it be too faint? And frankly, will this be worth your hard-earned dollars?
